25.01.2022 We get a lot of patients with desk jobs coming in with similar problems due to postural strain. These are some exercises you can do in-between visits to keep pain-free. Your arms form the letters Y, W and L, remember to squeeze your shoulder blades and stand with your back, head and arms touching the wall. Repeat 3 times a day for best results!
