23.01.2022 The Waikerie Football Club is pleased to announce that Shayne Stevens is returning as A Grade Coach in 2021. Shayne needs little introduction having fulfilled the role previously from 2014 to 2018, a stint that oversaw the most successful period in the clubs history. With the Club not able to participate in senior football this year due to season abandonment, the Club is excited to have Shayne back to help drive footy’s restart, and ensure we continue to be a force in Riverla...nd Football. Supporting Shayne will be his brother Damian, who is continuing on as B Grade Coach. With Shayne’s return to the coaching ranks, and momentum building with the club room redevelopment plan, 2021 is shaping as an exciting year for the Magpies.
