To help local businesses bounce back from the impacts of COVID-19, Council has developed ...a voucher system to support the community to shop local. Residents can contribute $25 which will be exchanged for $100 worth of vouchers (5 x $20 vouchers) to spend at local businesses associated with either the Loxton Chamber of Commerce or Riverland West Chamber of Commerce (Waikerie Chamber). The vouchers can be purchased from the Loxton or Waikerie Council office from Wednesday 2 September 2020. - 1 resident per household is entitled to the vouchers - Vouchers expire 31 December 2020 - Eligibility is based on the Council electoral roll as of 1 July 2020 This exciting project will result in $200,000 worth of funding being reimbursed into the local community.
