This video was taken by Paul Breckon, 4th dan af...ter the dojo training on 5th April, 2019. Our authentic Goju-ryu linage is from the founder Chojun Miyagi - Seko Higa - Kanki Izumikawa - Sosui Ichikawa - Masashi Sudo & to me, which is called Bubishi Master`s Goju-ryu karate-do linage. Please note that our Goju-ryu kicks, punches, blocks & etc delivered like similar to whipping sharply as you can see from the video. See more

23.01.2022 During the Gasshku () karate training at Ern- Halidays Recreation camp near Perth city, Western Australia for 4 days from Friday, 10th Jan., 2020, we did prac...tice meditation such as Standing (Ritsu-zen ), Walking (Hokou-zen ) & Sitting (Za-zen ) meditations as you can see from the photos below. Meditation training is our important part of our karate training every year for our summer gasshku in Australia. We had joyful or difficult meditations on the beautiful sandy beach, looking at Indian oceans & feeling good !! See more
