25.01.2022 With a child who was wetting heavily and repeatedly at nights, it was astonishing how effective the alarm was at training him to wake and take himself to the bathroom during the night. After only two weeks, he was completely dry every night. Thank you! - Clare If you have a child with a bedwetting problem then you're probably looking for a solution. You've probably tried all kinds of tactics and still your child is wetting through each night.... The most successful and popular treatment recommended by Continence Nurses and Pediatricians is the use of a bedwetting alarm. Alarms teach your child to wake when they feel the sensation to urinate. They are safe and effective. Learn more about the latest bedwetting alarm technology designed in Europe - the Rodger Wireless Bedwetting Alarm. 17.01.2022 5 things you need to consider when choosing a bedwetting alarm. 1. Choose quality & reliability: some 'cheap' alarms are often unreliable and don't sound as soon as wetness is detected. In order for an alarm to be effective, it should sound as soon as a child begins to wet. 2. Choose comfort: some 'wearable' alarms have wires, cords, clips or armbands which can be uncomfortable for children. You don't want your child pulling out a cord and breaking the connection because the...y are half-asleep. 3. Choose support: purchase an alarm from a reliable source. A company with experience who offer a telephone number for advice and answers. 4. Choose functionality: an alarm with different loudness and alarm sounds will give you the flexibility you need to meet your child's needs and preferences. 5. Choose 'add-ons' (if needed): some children are extremely deep-sleepers and some alarms offer an attachment called a bed-shaker which vibrates under the pillow to wake the child. Some alarms also offer receivers for mum & dad's room so they can hear the alarm as well. For more information visit: www.wakeupdry.co.nz

08.01.2022 We asked Sarah & her son, Jacob to review our Vibrating Reminder WobL Watch... "Jacob is a busy boy, on the go all the time. He was about to start school and we... were worried he would be too busy to remember to visit the toilet. At home he was still having the odd accident. We found this watch from Moose and set the vibrating alarm for morning tea time, lunchtime and afternoon tea time. It is working beautifully. Not one accident. He feels grown up wearing it and it functions really well. It also has a lock out feature so he can't mess with the settings. Read more: https://www.moosebaby.co.nz//vibrating-reminder-watch-gets
