17.01.2022 New early morning 'energising' Yoga class on offer, every Friday 6.15am to 7.30am. Whilst there is never a bad time to practice Yoga, Yoga recommends the morning, especially in summer as it is generally the coolest part of the day and makes for a good time of day to practice energising poses such as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) which will feature in our morning sessions. This practice keeps the body heat stable and immunity strong. Is highly beneficial in waking you up a...s well as connecting you with your breath. Leaving you feeling awake, connected and energised. An early morning class may even leave you feeling surprised at how pliable and flexible your body is as the longer you sleep in the morning the stiffer the body gets. You’ll also benefit from exercising on an empty stomach, with all those twists and spine-bending postures becoming that much easier, and beneficial
