22.01.2022 WE’RE STILL HERE We know that we are in uncertain times right now, but one thing we can be sure of is that our gardens will still be something we always turn to for happiness, purpose and wellbeing. As we spend a little (or a lot) more time at home over the next few months, it’s a great time to start on a new gardening project, or finish the ones that we never usually have time to do.... Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are in store every day, ready to answer all of your questions and help you make a plan to have your garden looking its best. We do have slightly reduced opening hours right now, so keep an eye on our page for any changes. Of course, we are practicing social distancing in store, and we thank our customers for helping us with this - thank you for not giving us that high five after we have identified what is nibbling on your plants! Now is the time that we ask our wonderful community to come together and support your local. Together we can get through this. In stressful and uncertain times, our gardens become our sanctuaries. We are so happy to still be here bringing greenery to your homes and your hearts. We know ...that more than ever, the feeling of well-being, calm and purpose that our gardens bring becomes even more important. At Waldecks, we want our customers and staff to be safe and healthy, so we have taken accelerated steps to ensure we are following recommended guidelines of social distancing and increased cleaning and health practices for when you visit us. We love hearing about what's happening in your garden and how we can help it flourish, so we are rolling out new exciting ways of staying connected. Here's what's in store: 1. Click and Collect - You can call us to place an order over the phone. We'll collate your order and let you know when it's ready to go. Please allow 24 hours, but our staff will advise this when you place your order. We will take payment when you come to collect your order, and we can arrange for this whole process to be contact-less if that's what you prefer! 2. Home Delivery - We know that not everyone is able to pop into a store right now, and we don't want to you miss out. We are working through how to make this work seamlessly. 3. We've managed to get our hands on some - they'll be arriving to us in early to mid June and we've made securing your Vegepods easy. ... Head to our website (which has had a fresh makeover), and click on 'shop online' which will take you straight to where you need to be to secure your Vegepod via a 25% deposit. 01.01.2022 Home Delivery Has Arrived! We know not everyone is venturing out into the urban jungle right now, so we want to help bring Waldecks to you. Just give us a call, and one of our friendly staff will organise to collect everything you need for your veggie garden, kids gardening activities or a spectacular new indoor feature plant and organise for this to be delivered to your door. ... We are full to the brim of new stock, and want to make it easier for you to finish that project you've been meaning to! Our delivery rates are as follows: Orders over $100 and within 10km of our store: FREE! Orders under $100 and within 10km of our store: $10 flat rate For deliveries outside this 10km radius, please give us a call and we'll sort something out! Payment will be taken via credit card at the time of the order - we will ask you please have your credit card available to view at the time of delivery for your own peace of mind. We can also work with you for contact-less delivery. Please let our staff know if you require this and we're so happy to make this work. We will be aiming to have your order to you within 48 hours, though we do ask for your patience should we have increased demand - we'll communicate with you at every step.
