16.01.2022 An Important Message from our Heavy Vehicle CEO, Darren Wales - Coronavirus 20 March 2020 Dear Supplier,... In these challenging times please be assured that the AMA Group is prioritising the safety and health of everyone who works for us, and our valued customers and suppliers. From the outset we have taken proactive steps to implement the policies and advice provided by the Commonwealth Department of Health. We can reassure you that AMA Repair sites are open for bookings and that we are utilising best-practice hygiene measures and thorough cleaning procedures to protect our team and customers. This includes: All vehicles arriving at, and departing from, our repair sites are sanitised prior to hand back, including disinfecting hard surfaces such as the steering wheel, gear knob, hand brake and door handles; Our technicians disinfect their hands prior to working on your vehicle; A strict ‘no-touch’ policy is in place until further notice (staff/customers/suppliers should refrain from any handshaking). Our strong advice to supplier representatives is that travel to AMA sites should be temporarily avoided unless absolutely necessary. Communication between our businesses can essentially be managed by phone, email or online via Teams. If you are required to be onsite, please seek approval from a member of our team prior to visiting. Please stay safe and if you require any further information on these matters please contact [email protected] Kind regards, Darren Wales
