25.01.2022 POSITION VACANT ADMIN ASSISTANT PART TIME 20hrs per week Your role will include but not be limited to the following duties: Cash handling counting and re-floating tills, poker machines, receipting, banking Filing... Data Entry General office duties. Stock Control entering stock, conducting stocktakes and reporting stock discrepancies, receiving and accounting for incoming stock. RSA & RCG desirable for the successful applicant or willing to get. Successful applicant may be required to fill in - Bar and Gaming duties including TAB & Keno operations Personal attributes will include: Honest & reliable worker Excellent prioritisation and troubleshooting abilities Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team MYOB knowledge an advantage Ability to work under pressure and time restraints Part-Time - additional hours may be available if willing to work bar. 16.01.2022 REMINDER It is still a requirement that all persons swipe in/sign in to the Club, this MUST be done electronically - no paper based sign ins allowed. Our entrance terminal sign in meets all of the current NSW Health requirements and an additional QR code is not required. Club Entry is for Members and Bona Fide Visitors Only.... Members MUST sign in with membership card. Visitors MUST produce a valid ID. Any person with a Walgett address on their ID is not permitted to sign in as a visitor unless residence is outside the 50km radius as per Clubs Constitution.
