25.01.2022 Here is a lovely easy walk. Come along meet others and take some time to breathe, relax and connect to the environment

24.01.2022 We had such a great time last time, we thought we would do it again! So blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world and my heart is broken at the thought of our beautiful coastline in East Gippsland and South Coast NSW being ravaged by fire. In particular the creatures that live there having nothing to eat and no where to get away from the weather. Please join me on this walk to raise funds for the Animal shelters and welfare groups supporting the animals in these areas. I believe WIRE can now support all areas. Bring your friends and lets walk the 13km trail to Kilcunda store and enjoy a beautiful lunch and do our small part to help the Wildlife. Walk starts at 9am sharp. approx 3 hours one way, return optional. Car shuffle available. Cost $15 (100% donation, lunch at own cost.)

20.01.2022 Stumbled across this lovely company today. Australian owned and the owner genuinely wants to make a difference for women who require alternative average sizing. Check it out and mention we referred you. :) https://www.plusoutdoor.com.au/plus-size-outdoor-w/jackets/ #supportlocal Mon Balon #plussize #adventure #tours #natureisourmedicine #Hike #walkforwellness

18.01.2022 I offer Forest Immersion walks to remind us that we are deeply connected with our natural world. I know deep in my heart that when we care for living beings in ...our natural world we will be moved to protect them. When we remember we are nature and nature is us we allow ourselves to drop into a deeper level of connection. We are made of the same elements as the trees, animals, birds and plants. Listen, slow down, be present, and connect in a deep and sacred way with our surroundings and with the other living beings around us. There is incredible healing power in this: the re-membering of our interconnectedness to all beings. Our body is craving this kind of connection and our mind is nurtured by it. Our spirit can speak with us. That is why I offer these experiences because I know they are powerful. Join us for the next walk on the 7th December https://www.facebook.com/events/467136473894314 See more

17.01.2022 Did you know the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is often prescribed by doctors? Walking among the trees is known to reduce stress and inc...rease energy - and after just a few days on the Kumano Kodo I would have to say it is just what the doctor ordered! These photos are from the first two days from Takijiri-oji to Kumano Hongu Taisha (38km). See more
