24.01.2022 Hi all, just a little update that unfortunately we are not able to have a public running day at Walka Water Works yet, due the current restrictions by the COVID-19. We will post when we can operate again... We apologise for any disappointment and look forward to seeing you all when we can return.

18.01.2022 Not game to say anything!

08.01.2022 A little bit of maintenance work being carried out again by the crew today. Passenger Carriage work is always ongoing and under coat painting of the railway bridge after its rebuild. A big thanks to the few volunteers that put in so much time during the week to maintain the railway..

06.01.2022 A very Happy new year to all our Facebook friends. Hopefully in 2021 we will be able to run the trains again at the railway. We will keep you updated as the COVID restrictions change. We look forward to seeing everyone as soon as we can. ... We wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2021. WMR

04.01.2022 We are still not open for public running of trains at Walka Water Works and will be reviewing the situation in mid-January. Public safety and that of our volunteers is of utmost importance to us and we will only resume when we are satisfied we can do so safely. But in the meantime we hope everyone has a Merry and safe Christmas.
