25.01.2022 What a great family day and birthday celebrations were held yesterday. Everyone loved the pacas ducklings and Merammas. Wind was severe but we all had a great time .

25.01.2022 A great Father’s Day at Glenbungle farm had the grand kids call in and see the baby ducklings and chicks. Then we hosted a great group of ladies from Sydney who had a great time with our boys .

25.01.2022 Our boys in training for our grand reopening on June 27 . We have three new additions from Lilyfield Alpacas our fawn boys they are looking for names to start their work can people help with suggestions. A free afternoon tea for the best suggestions.

25.01.2022 What a big weekend to finish the school holidays with visitors from Stanwell park Sydney and Canberra . We thank our supporters as we have only a few places left in July .

23.01.2022 First day of the long weekend over and what a day , beautiful weather and great visitors from far and wide. Sorry to all our supporters whom we could not fit in today and tomorrow . We are looking at some different options to accommodate more people so stayed tuned .

23.01.2022 French connection had her baby boy at 11am this morning making it 5 out of six boys this drop .

23.01.2022 Shearing done and dusted for this year. First time seeing shearing on a table Mick Elkins did an awesome job. Thanks to Katy and Eden for fleece control and Lachlan as roustabout.

21.01.2022 Well we have decided on the new names for our beautiful new boys they have come from our kids club Our first boy is Humphrey second Winnie and third Paddington hope our followers are as excited as the boys are to show how clever they are after all their training

20.01.2022 Well we got our meet an alpaca experience in on Friday but there will be none today as the rain comes down .

20.01.2022 We are trialling a new option at Glenbungle farm. We are offering adults the chance to enjoy a unique experience with a group of 4-6 adults or mums’ with bubs’. If you are interested in this option give us ring and we will try to organise a great day with our beautiful alpacas

19.01.2022 We had our grand reopening today with smaller but no less enthusiastic groups. Paddington, Winnie and Humphrey has their first official day with the public and performed well. Emrys and Bradbury led the way like veterans. Everyone finished with beautiful scones jam and cream

18.01.2022 What a great day at Glenbungle farm we thought the weather may be interesting but it turned out great . Great time had by our visitors from Kiama locals and Sydney

18.01.2022 Due to the overwhelming support and interest in the alpacas we are trialling on Friday a new event . This will be called Come and enjoy an alpaca experience. At this event you will meet our alpacas, learn about their fleece and why they are animals if the future. You will then be able have photo opportunities with our boys. 18.01.2022 Great start to the weekend with our meet and greet our alpacas on Friday . Today we hosted a 40th birthday followed by mums free day and a great family to end the day with some super young leaders

17.01.2022 Well we beat the rain and had a great day at Glenbungle farm with visitors from Sydney Newcastle and some locals . We are so thankful for the support and are full next weekend and filling up quickly for august so book early .

16.01.2022 What a big weekend to finishing July with visitors from Sydney and Canberra. We are already nearly full for all of august and we are very thankful for everyone’s support. The alpacas are loving being the centre of attention but I think the baby chicks were also a big hit .

14.01.2022 To all our supporters and visitors due to the restrictions we have had to postpone our reopening till the last weekend in June Our girls and boys are back in training we look forward to seeing you soon

14.01.2022 Just an early message to our supporters the alpacas will be on holidays from the 21st of December and returning to work on the 9th of January. They are looking forward to their break and opening a few presents . We are looking forward to opening our farm stay in December so keep watching for this exciting event. There will hopefully be a couple of new arrivals coming in December and we are excited about these babies arriving .

13.01.2022 What a gorgeous Sunday at Glenbungle farm we had visitors from Sydney Wollongong and Nowra. Everyone had a great day leading playing with the baby chicks and who could ignore the Merammas

13.01.2022 Today we had our brush with fame at Glenbungle farm hosting a dual international in rugby union playing for new Zealand and Australia. Can anyone identify this celebrity? The alpacas were super excited to host Owen.

13.01.2022 Our first spring outing what a day. Great catching up with old friends and meeting new people from Sydney and callala Our spring flowers and new born ducklings were a huge hit .

11.01.2022 When you have your afternoon tea and have a brush with fame . Today we hosted a dual Australian and New Zealand rugby union international. Who can identity this celebrity? The alpacas were super impressed to have such hosted Owen.

10.01.2022 What a brilliant day at Glenbungle farm. The alpacas after being shorn were a little bit touchy but performed well. Our visitors from Sydney and the local area had a great time and the kids loved the chickens and baby ducks.

10.01.2022 Another fabulous day was had by all our guests at Glenbungle Farm today. The sun was shining and the alpacas had a great time walking the course with our visitors. Nova gave out many nose kisses to the delight of all. We are completely booked for next weekend with only a few spots left for the remainder of October.

10.01.2022 Another great day at Glenbungle farm with our visitors from Shellharbour and locals . Sadly a big group did not turn up for the second session this hurts small business. Positive though our visitors had a great time and now we are selling our eggs and homemade jam from the allotment.

08.01.2022 Hullo to all our supporters we are having our opening on Saturday the 27th of June . We have had to change our operations considerably. We can only have 4-6 people in each session, people will be seated on entry and taken through safety operations. This has meant a change in our price structure it will cost adults $30 per head, a family of 4 $60 and each extra chil $10 . We hope everyone understands the need for these changes and will continue to support our business. Our newest babies Ra and Hagrad will be looking forward to meeting you all Thanks Steve Kim and the alpacas

07.01.2022 To all our supporters we are looking to reopen our afternoon teas at the beginning of June. It will be under strict conditions with smaller groups of only 4-6 adults in each session . We have some exciting news with new babies Ra and Hagrad on deck. Watch this space for updates. There will be a slight change in pricing with $25 for adults and $50 for a family of four .

07.01.2022 Looking for some interesting work? We are looking to employ a person to assist with our business ‘afternoon teas and walking the alpacas.’ The employment initially would be casual depending on bookings. These occur currently on Friday, Saturday and Sunday . It is not age restricted we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in alpacas. We would look to begin with training late January.... This could become a more permanent job for the right person . If this is you please send your interest and resume to me on [email protected] Steve and the alpaca.

06.01.2022 The boys had their first outing after being shorn and two weeks off with the rain . They were a little unsure at the start but were quickly back into stride . We had awesome groups from Sydney today who loved the scones jam and cream.

05.01.2022 Our beautiful maremmas are learning to be guardians for our ducks and chickens. We have been introducing them to our littlest members of Glenbungle farm.

05.01.2022 Well our first day back since the rain and the boys weren’t sure they should be showing themselves off. They did a great job and made a young girl very happy. Visitors from Sydney as well a great day .

05.01.2022 Our new girls arrived today 5 from Alpha Centuries and two from Lillyfield . A big trip from Corowa but all arrived safe and healthy

02.01.2022 A spectacular afternoon at Glenbungle farm with visitors from Sydney today in both sessions. The boys were on their best behaviour and everyone had an awesome afternoon

02.01.2022 Today we trialled our first midweek afternoon tea with the alpacas. This is because we are getting fully booked every weekend and therefore trying to let more people enjoy our wonderful animals. Our visitors from Maitland and Canberra had a private session. We think this will be a way to go forward and will look to open one day during the week depending on interest and numbers. We cater for 4-6 adults in these mid week sessions.
