10.01.2022 Announcement; it is with great pleasure that we announce Hon Scott Morrison; Prime Minister of Australia is visiting Canefields Clubhouse tomorrow (Saturday 4th May 2019) at 10.00am The Prime Minister is being hosted by our local federal MP for Forde Hon Bert Van Manen - this is an election promotion for Health and Canefields Clubhouse is the chosen organisation to host this event. We are very excited and privileged to be able to host our Prime Minster on this occasion and al...low us to promote the Australian Clubhouse Community to the Government as a fantastic and very successful model of Social Psychiatric Rehabilitation for recovery in our communities for Adults experiencing Mental Health issues. We hope Clubhouse Members, Families, Friends, Carers and our Clubhouse supporters will be able to join us to welcome the Prime Minister to Canefields Clubhouse. 02.01.2022 Thank you to our Conquer 10 Week Challengers and Basement members that came down this morning to raise awareness for mental health and support a fantastic cause... - The Walk for Wellness. We managed to raise over $700 which will be donated to Canefields Clubhouse, who do some amazing work in providing rehabilitation for adults experiencing mental illness in the Logan City area.
