11.01.2022 ~ It's ok to not be ok ~ During my first time doing Conquer the Corrugations so many people stopped and asked us why we were walking. So many conversations were started by seeing us walking along in the dust and heat for something we all care about. The power of a simple conversation cannot be overestimated. Sometimes the hardest thing can be to admit we're not OK. We tend to hide our emotions and try to deal with our problems internally so we don't trouble those we love.That...'s why it's so important to always check in on people in our lives. Don't be afraid to push a little harder for a genuine response. And if someone asks you if you're OK and you're not, don't ever be afraid to admit it.
