25.01.2022 It’s now official. Walk ‘n’ Talk For Life Mount Coot-Tha will meet @ 8:30 am at JC Slaughter Falls picnic area on the last Sunday of each month to come together to support each other in the name of mental health and suicide prevention. A wonderful group of 17 today, ranging in ages from 9 to 80 years, had a very memorable and enjoyable day. It’s open to all it’s free. Share the message, invite a friend, we can all make a difference. #mentalhealthawareness #suicidprevention2020

08.01.2022 Ok Brisbane!!! We need to find people that want to be a part of restarting WalknTalk For LIfe Brisbane back up. We can find a new location if it means starting from scratch so be it. If anyone wants to get involved please message me. Please share this post and ask as many people as you can to help build some interest. We are helping too many people in all our locations for me to just let this slip away so lets do all we can to do this. :)

01.01.2022 Walk n Talk is run by our founder Shannon and a dedicated bunch of volunteers. There are lots of hidden costs associated with a movement like this. One of the main costs is trying to get Shannon to at least the first event in each new area, but flying all over the country is expensive. Any donations, even $1, are gratefully accepted. Please help if you are able.
