Next week I will be away traveling around Tasmania and he will be doing the walkies with the dogs. 01.01.2022 Canine Coronavirus Keeping your dog safe. Recent reports of canine coronavirus (dog gastro) have been received across Greater Hobart. Important:... Canine coronavirus is not linked to COVID-19 (coronavirus). This animal virus has been around for a while and is not transmitted to humans. Dogs can still transmit the virus up to six weeks after becoming unwell. Unwell dogs may have symptoms such as diarrhea or being off their food. What can I do? Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste immediately. PLEASE: collect all dog poos. You can find one that is not yours but the planet is. Think about it. All these bags I collected this morning at the dog park. Only 4 were from my dogs. If your dog is unwell please do not use our dog exercise areas. Please consult a vet if you are concerned about your dogs health.
