20.01.2022 What a busy day at the Wallsend Manor, we welcomed back our first bus trip and our first concert by Lynn.
18.01.2022 On Sunday the 25th was grandparents day. We celebrated with a morning tea on Friday and wrote special messages for our grandchildren. Grandparents Day gives us a chance to celebrate the lives, contributions and acknowledge our grandparents and older people around the world.
18.01.2022 Today we have had more fun with Halloween Celebrations with a pumpkin treasure hunt for lollies, triva and fun facts on Halloween and we got our hands dirty with pumpkin craving.
16.01.2022 This afternoon we had fun with our Melbourne Cup celebrations with Happy Hour, Sweeps, making fascinators and delicious food by our talented Chef Lisa and wine, beer and softdrink to enjoy the race
16.01.2022 This week we had a friendly competion with the staff, which department could decorate their sections the best would win a prize, our residents voted on the best section. Congratulations to all the staff that was involved and our lucky winning department was the Housekeeping team. Here is a few pictures of their work.

08.01.2022 We love putting a smile on all our residents faces, especially our lovely residents John, who enjoyed a shopping trip to bunnings with our maintenance lady Karen to buy paint and paint brushes.
07.01.2022 Today we finished our Halloween Celebrations off with trickle or treat, fun dressing up in our Scarry costumes and finished with Happy Hour.. Happy Halloween from everyone at Wallsend Manor.
07.01.2022 Happy Hour was another hit, our residents all enjoyed listening to 50s and 60s rock n roll music, sitting in the sunshine and delicious food, beer and wine by our wonderful chef Sonja
05.01.2022 Looking alot like Christmas at the Manor Our residents had lots of fun Decorating their Christmas tree and listening to Christmas carols. They all did a fantastic Job and Our tree looks beautiful.
