24.01.2022 No Market this Sunday,BUT we will be at the Royal Launceston Show!The Royal Launceston Show is an annual event held at the Launceston Showgrounds in Inveresk and starts on the Wednesday before the second Saturday in October and is hosted by the Royal National Agricultural and Pastoral Society of Tasmania (RNAPS). An average of 15,000+ attend each year. The Thursday is a public holiday that is observed in northern Tasmanian only and is known as Show Day. The Royal Launceston ...Show is principally an country fair which focuses on the primary agricultural industries of Tasmania, and the rural lifestyle of many Tasmanians with events from embroidery and knitting to livestock judging, equestrian events, animal breeders competitions, produce competitions and wood chopping. A popular feature of the show are the sideshows which feature showrides, foodstalls, games of skill, and showbag stalls. The Saturday is known as Family Day and usually offers many discounts and savings on showbags and rides from the other days. See more

22.01.2022 Well first day of the Royal Show is over and the Esk Market was well represented . Good news we got in some more little Pokemon for our Stall and I will be pricing the newly arrived comics for tomorrow which includes Star Wars Rogue Squadron.

16.01.2022 Well we have sold out of Pokemon so there will be none available this Sunday. We still have the Pokemon cards however. Got new shelves so our comic boxes will be better displayed.Remember this will be our last Sunday before the Royal Show. We will have new "Commando" comics and I will try to bring down some new stock but we have "Harley Quinn" including the first 5 of the 6 part "Harley Quinn and Power Girl" series.

We als...o will have an Esk Market mini market near us promoting the Sunday Market, sample tables will include Reg's Records ,Liz's Scent Pots,and the New Plaster craft items. DC is set to publish "Batman 66 meets Wonder Woman 77". The Publisher announced on Friday at New York Comic-Con. The comic book crossover will be co-written by Jeff Parker (BATMAN) and Marc Andreyko (Wonder Woman). See more
