25.01.2022 Good Morning Cadets, parents & staff, Tomorrow night Saturday 13th February & next Saturday the 20th February from 6pm to 8pm we have been given the privilege of doing the Meat Tray Raffles at Club Beenleigh to help raise much needed funds for our Unit. Cadets & Staff, If you wish to come down and help support your unit and help sell some raffle tickets then please come down in your blue unit tshirt and assist the USC in selling the tickets, If you do not have a blue shirt t...hen you cannot help unfortunately, please see the staff tonight and see if shirts are available, however please remember though that your parents must stay on the premises whilst conducting this activity as the USC will supervise but wont be responsible for your care. If you don't want to help us sell tickets but still want to support your unit, then please come down and buy some raffle tickets and support not only us but local businesses that help us. See more

25.01.2022 Don't forget to come to down to our Fundraising BBQ at Bunnings Bethania tomorrow Saturday 29th May between 8am & 3pm to support your unit and buy a sausage or 2 & drink. Please tell your family and friends and lets make this a great day. Thankyou to those cadets that have already volunteered to come help. It is much appreciated. Please remember to wear your blue unit shirt if you wish to come help.

22.01.2022 TS Walrus Navy Cadets Eagleby are Recruiting. Do you have a teenager turning 13 this year through to 18 who may want to join us. If you or your child may be interested in finding out more information, please don't hesitate to contact us. All uniforms and equipment are supplied for free by the Navy. We meet ...every Friday night from 6pm till 10 pm during the school terms. We have a Weekly fee of $10 (approx $100 per term) If you are eligible TS Walrus now accepts Fair play Vouchers which will cover your fees for approx 1.5 terms. - Apply now for a Fair Play voucher! The USC would like to advise that we know have Eftpos facilities available for your food & drink purchases at Stand Easy and for any fundraising events that we may do. We took this on board with lots of cadets asking about being able to pay via card rather than carry cash. We are happy to provide this service however the bank charges us a fee for use. So any transaction will have a 1.8% fee added. As our profit margin is slim as it is..., we thought this was better than raising the prices per item to cover the fees and keeping it cost effective for everyone. For example a Drink and Pie Combo for $5 will be $5.09. We understand if you don't want to pay this fee and will still great fully accept cash payments on the night and for any events we hold. 17.01.2022 Good Evening Cadets, Staff and Parents, Well, another year is about to commence. Our unit is looking like it needs a bit of love and attention. The Unit Support Committee will be holding a clean-up day this Sunday the 24th January.... If you can spare an hour or two, please come down and lend a hand. Our unit is struggling and it is time for parents to give a bit back please. The day will start at 10 am and finish around 3-4pm. Parents please be aware that this is NOT a cadet activity. Any staff or USC executive members who attend will not be responsible for your child. Thank you for the support in advance.
