The Australian design rules allow for your car to be indicating 14kph less than the actual speed when travelling at 100kph. While you are social distancing think of the implications surrounding the transport chain. What if your local hospital runs out of antibotics? Who will deliver more? The grocery shop runs out of hand sanitiser and toilet paper? The service station runs out of fuel (and toilet paper)? What if your local cafe runs out of Advocados?... And if the trucks do keep coming but everyone else in the logistics chain has to stay home, what happens then? "Diesel" and "Mud" have to stay home and can't get to truck broken down in the RIGHT hand lane on the way up the Toowoomba range. What happens if GLT shuts and Dallas can't pick up his new tippers? Who will pick up farmer Johns potatos and get them to the markets down south. Spare a thought for the truckies and the huge community that supports them.
