24.01.2022 Bo Dan belts: which side is on top?
24.01.2022 It’ll be go time soon ...
24.01.2022 Early Bird registration for the National Black Belt Seminar closes this Wednesday 6/9/17. For those already lock-in, reach out to others and car-pool or coordinate your flights and taxis. It's a perfect chance to share great company, discuss concepts and debrief afterwards. Learning for us is not just in the doing, it's in the reflection and review!
22.01.2022 Our website will undergo a refresh over the coming weeks. We will let you know right here when www.walshmartialarts.com.au is ready to view!
18.01.2022 Wonderful to see everyone in full flight this weekend! Enjoy a restful day today, you all worked very very hard. Special thanks to Master Andrew Walsh (Qld) and Master Pete Halliwell (NSW) on their topics that drew much praise from participants.
18.01.2022 Thank you to those inquiring about our 2018 Black Belt Seminar Series. Dates will be posted before Christmas or as soon as venues have been confirmed.
15.01.2022 Quick tip for parents!
13.01.2022 And remember to be an early bird for the 9 September seminar by pre-paying this week. Master Andrew Walsh (QLD) and Master Anna Walsh (NSW) will be in attendance along with myself and the Grandmaster. Judging by what's already on the cutting room floor, this seminar is going to be content-rich so come with your brains at full power! Safe travels for those coming down from QLD and NSW to Canberra and those coming up from Victoria! Kindest regards, Master Rodney Lee Walsh 7th Dan (ACT).
11.01.2022 Thanks again to our non-WMAA black belts enquiring about the Canberra Seminar. At this stage, our Masters have limited capacity even to attend other schools' seminars to teach or consult on event design. That said, we appreciate the interest, acknowledge the desire to learn, and will see what may be possible in 2018. Kind regards - Master RL Walsh
11.01.2022 5 x COVID rules for grading and training. Recorded for our next grading in Canberra, ACT but applicable to all WMAA branches in all states and to all responsible martial arts schools who are following us. Stay safe everyone.
02.01.2022 And let's call the elephant in the corner of the dojang - it's going to be cold on Saturday. Warm change of clothes and jacket is the go if you're not a fan of the sub-zero :)
