25.01.2022 The Stockland Bokarina community offers so many options for families. The new kids playground is NOW OPEN. With plenty of obstacle courses, a bike path, swings, a large open grassed area to run or kick a ball around PLUS plenty of seating, BBQs and undercover area with toilets nearby. Everything you need to keep the kids happy.

23.01.2022 Adam from Xpozed media has put together this ripper short video showing the excavation of the basement of the Oceanus site and the size and depth of the hole! Pretty neat. Check it out for yourself.

21.01.2022 It's all in the detail. How gorgeous is this imprint of the turtles in the pathway to Bokarina Beach?

20.01.2022 Last week, Adam from Xpozed Media snap some amazing aerial shots of the Oceanus site. This image captures the significant depth of the hole. Approximately 15,220m3 (or 23,000 tonne) of soil has been excavated and we still have about 10,000m3 to go (or 15,000 tonne), in order to prepare for the construction of Oceanus. 19.01.2022 Well it's that time of the week again folks - Friday Office Views. While everyone has been celebrating Black Friday today we’ve definitely only seen Orange here at the office. All of this orange you can see in the pictures is the blinding layer. This week the tension piles have been completed which means that we can now begin to remove the massive dirt ramp in the middle of the site. ... And while we say goodbye to the last of the dirt and the heavy machinery we will welcome steel & grey gold (which is concrete apparently) Have a great weekend everyone!

18.01.2022 Last Friday night, we held an exclusive function at Malt Shovel Taphouse Birtinya for the buyers of our Oceanus apartments. The function marked the official celebration of the start of construction of Oceanus Bokarina Beach. The function gave buyers the opportunity to connect with each other, to say hello and introduce themselves to their new neighbours. ... It was also a great opportunity for Walter to say thank you to the buyers for believing in him and his vision for Oceanus. Take a look at the pics below to see some highlights from the evening.

18.01.2022 Sheet piling continued onsite today, which even resulted in rattling coffee cups in the sales office. Those big toys must be doing their job right then hehe.

14.01.2022 Friday Office Views. Each week, we will be sharing with you a number of photos from the office #fridayofficeview and a brief rundown of the onsite progress. This week: ... Pumps United have been dewatering, allowing for further excavation. Ground anchors continued to be installed. Trucks continued to remove fill from site. What does the view from your office window look like on this beautiful Friday? Post your pic/s in the comments

13.01.2022 We have been so fortunate with the weather lately, so we can keep moving forward with the earthworks at the Oceanus site. What part of the construction are you looking forward to seeing?

11.01.2022 Friday Office Views - Well we know it's Monday but better late than never, right!? Last week the concrete pours were completed for the crane base and lift wells. The pile of dirt seems to be getting smaller now, so that’s a good sign that we are moving forward to some more exciting parts of the project to begin.

09.01.2022 Have you taken a stroll through the Bokarina Beach community? You will be amazed at how easy it is to access everything, by foot or bike! There are footpaths that take you around the entire area. And you can also stop off for a coffee or bite to eat at the BOK Beach Cafe. The lake is a beautiful spot to sit back and relax and take in the gorgeous surrounds.

02.01.2022 October already! Where on earth did September go?? The year is flying by so fast, and with COVID at the forefront of the media we all need to make sure we take time to enjoy the positive things in life. October is mental health month, and we all need to ensure we are intune with our bodies and to take notice of what is going on within us. It's so important we take care of ourselves and seek help if needed. Spring is a great time to get out and about, breathe in the fresh air, go for a walk in the park or on the beach, relax in the sun and soak up the vitamin D. It will do you the world of good!

01.01.2022 In case you missed it last month, a mansion on the Gold Coast set a new QLD home record sale at a massive $27 million. The property located on the Isle of Capri on the Nerang River, sold to a Sydney buyer. This is the second house in the past few months with a Mermaid Beach property selling at $25 mil back in May. It is becoming more evident that the highend luxury market is hitting unprecendented heights. Is this a sign of what's to come with the QLD property market? ...
