Walters Contracting Pty Ltd is a Quarrying, Carting and Civil Construction business located in Deloraine, approximately 40 minutes from Launceston or Devonport. The established family business is offering a permanent, full-time position for a suitably qualified Final Trim Excavator Operator.... To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Have at least (2) years Excavator Operations experience, with machines up to 30 tonne, preferably with a competency ticket. MUST be able to work in a team environment. Final trim experience is desirable. Experience in the use of other heavy vehicles or equipment would be looked on favourably. Ability to ensure a high standard of work. Ability to follow directions and complete paperwork in a timely manner is essential. Be committed to Safe Working Practices. 17.01.2022 Josh, Stefan, Athol and the Crew had the pleasure of being apart of this project for the West Tamar Council giving the existing cul-de-sac and street a makeover. The works included bulk earthworks, drainage, re-sealing, kerb and channeling, footpaths and installation of handrails. Works were completed on time and to an amazing standard by the crew, top job to all involved.
