We are seeking experienced and Qualified Tradespeople with the following skill sets: Trade qualified Fitter and Machinist White Card, Forklift Licence, Driver’s License, ... Confined Space, Working at Heights (Preferred but not Essential) Experience in machining, fabrication, making parts using manual mills, lathe, drills, and borer. Experience with welding would be desirable. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and produce finished parts. A high attention to detail for machining work and to tolerances. Basic computer skills. Ability to communicate clearly and work with others. Duties and Responsibilities Operating Lathes/Miling machines/vertical/horizontal borers and various standard workshop machinery Responsibility for workshop equipment and maintenance Machining, Welding, and fitting of jobs as instructed Ensure all work performed meets the requirements of standards Dimensional inspection and reporting Work within a team environment with a focus on safety and Quality About Us Walters Maintenance is family owned and operated business specialising in Pump Repairs and Manufacturing of Components.
