After very careful consideration and ongoing observation of COVID-19 restrictions, we've elected to move our annual WAMFest, WAMCon and WAMAwards celebrations from November 2020 to early 2021. With the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 restrictions and their impact on live music events, a cautious approach helps ensure we deliver the best events, with the best outcomes for as many West Australians as possible. We'll continue working hard over the coming months on our ongoing Audience Development and Regional Recording Programs, and can't wait to share all the exciting WAMFest, WAMCon and WAMAwards details with you next year. 17.01.2022 WAMFest presented by Act-Belong-Commit kicks off today and we are super excited to announce the Secret Headliner for the WAMFest WAMFest Carpark Party at The Bird! Stoked to announce that local indie-pop singer/songwriter Stella Donnelly is set to shut down the stage tomorrow night! After snatching the awards for Best Album and Best Pop Act last night at the 2019 #WAMAwards Stella came out one a high also winning the Award for 2019 Artist of The Year! This ARIA nominated a...rtist will defiantly bring in a crowd tomorrow, so be sure to get down early as The Bird will fill out quickly and you don't want to miss your chance to see her amazing live performance!
