17.01.2022 Well what a day that was a very exciting Thankful Thursday (as we have now named it). Elliot finished his Lego Model Car today which, as you can see, he is very proud of. Group started to make their aprons for Wednesday cooking lessons, so the sewing machine has certainly had a workout today (pictures to follow when they are completed). Then to finish the day we went to the pool for pool games and swimming.... Now that was a load of fun!! 09.01.2022 Our very own Tahleya Buckley has been nominated so please vote for her. You know how they say behind every great team or person there is that one person that sticks it all together? Well that’s our Tahleya. She works tirelessly to make sure everyone has what they need and all participants are happy. She is an outstanding human in every way and Waminda would be lost without her. She is our Paige’s superhero and never disappoints. An AMAZING young lady that I am very privileged to watch develop and grow. Good luck Tahleya. You deserve this

06.01.2022 We start with a lesson in Mindfulness and we finish with a lesson in Mindfulness BUT in between that there was a WHOLE lot of fun......... I don't think anyone has said it better than our beautiful Cameron who declared today " I'm Funking it Up" and his socks certainly showed that..... 06.01.2022 A HUGE Happy Birthday to this amazing lady that we are all lucky enough to spend 3 days a week with. Stacee you always bring a smile to our faces and your laugh is infectious. We love the smell of all that amazing cooking you do and Mum is pretty lucky to actually get her dinner as we all fight to get it. I bet there's no egg sandwich in sight today at the pub with Jess. 03.01.2022 WOW Friday again already!! What an AWESOME week we have all had.. So much has been happening and we forgot to take photos to show you all. We've been doing our STEM activities and so many people have been kicking their goals through the roof. We have some beautiful new faces that have joined us this week and what a delight that has been. Can't wait for Harriett to teach us how to make her awesome aprons next week. The week ended with Funky Friday Beach theme and lunch was a beach must.... a BBQ with pineapple rings of course!!! Oh and we had water activities... I may have worn a water bomb or 2 . We hope you all have a relaxing and safe weekend. Love the Waminda family
