25.01.2022 Planning a VC Reverb module. Probably Nov or Dec workshops. It requires a particular reverb tank which are around $35 each (delivered), on top of $50-60 for the kit. It is a large tank but fits perfectly in a 84HP case. Anyway if we do it as a workshop module I will need some indication of how many I need to order in. So please indicate in the poll:

22.01.2022 Obviously no workshops planned for the near future. I do have plans to produce some simple 2HP and 4HP modules that can be mailed out as kits in lieu of workshops. I am waiting on the proto-type of the 1st one, but shipping out of China is really slow atm, what normally takes 2-3 days has been 1 week so far, just to get to Hong Kong....at least plenty of time for the bugs to expire. So hopefully the 1st mail-out-kit will be ready mid to late April, expect $20. Oh yeh, it is kind of a light based theremin, that reacts to your movements or the general ambience of the room.....assuming it works, it was good on breadboard.

15.01.2022 Just a heads up for November workshop. It looks like we will do the reverb module. Proto-type #1 worked well.......heavenly even, I made a few tweaks and am waiting for #2 to arrive. If it is good I will get a production run. The PCBs are double layer, with black box in between for the panning LDRs. ... The RCA sockets sit on the back of the top PCB, once you plug the RCA jacks in to this, the module becomes quite high. So if your case is deep you will be fine. If your case is shallow, it will be best to not install the RCA sockets, cut the RCA cable, splice it and solder it directly to the PCB. In this case it is important to 1st work out where your tank will be mounted and how much cable will be needed to reach the tank. The reverb tanks are quite large but fit inside an 84HP case with about 1mm to spare. I will bring in some RCA cables but I figure most people will have some spare RCA cables at home that they can use, so please have a dig around, 50cm to 1m should be the best lengths.
