04.01.2022 How much is Too Much??? This is probably the biggest question at the moment facing puppy buyers - I don’t suppose any of us can put a true price on what it has cost us as breeders to prepare for, have and then care for a litter and everything that goes on in between. But I know, speaking for myself it will never be the deciding factor of what I charge for my puppies - it will be the best loving home I can find. ... Many breeders charge around the same price between $3,000 to$4,000 some less and some significantly more - i don’t believe in the practice of exploiting the covid crisis and the unavailability of puppies to fill the market but hey that’s just my opinion. I will say however, that if puppy buyers are paying more than $4,000 to $4,500. for puppies my advice to them is to stop, wait and be patient you can and will find a well bred, health tested puppy from a registered breeder with time. 2021 is almost upon us and with the covid restrictions lifted breeders will again be ready to raise those lovely puppies at a fair and reasonable price.
