Tristan Jones Atlantic Pale Ale 4.2% Our Flagship drop leads the charge, a mix of Trans-Atlantic ingredient results in a medium bodied brew. Easy to have a couple of, this is also a great option for the lager drinker to begin to broaden their horizons.... Vale Lager 4.5% South Australian interpretation of what a new world craft lager ought to be. Sessionable and balanced, this beer is filtered to give it a crisp finish retaining some sweet malty notes. Wander Brew Co. Tom Crean Irish Red Ale 4.4% We pour our Irish Red on a nitro gas, giving it the characteristic fine bubble and creamy head. One for the malt lover; expect light caramel and grainy biscuit flavours to emerge. A complex palate finishing quite dry. Fox Hat Metric IPA 7% A consistent crowd pleaser for the IPA crowd. Another South Australian number to pair the Vale Lager, this west Coast style IPA is all about jamming as much hops in as possible pushing the malt/hop balance well in the latters favour. Dr Pilkingtons Miracle Cider 5% Made with Fresh Aussie Apples, this medium dry cider is suited perfectly to 42 degree heat. Balanced carbonation helps preserve the true apple flavours.
