19.01.2022 Everybody that comes into a classroom setting is different and will need to adjust their bodies in different ways. For some of us with tight shoulders we may need more cues to open up the front of the body and create more space between the shoulder blades, for others with hyper-mobile hips we may need cues to activate our glutes and strengthen the outer hip area. So one set of cues is not a fit all type of model, explore what feels good for you in your body and never be afraid to use props for assistance!
