23.01.2022 I remember the days when I thought it was normal to bloat after every meal, when waking up tired was stock standard, when aches and pains were a part of my every day living, and where my mind and mental health was a challenge on the daily... You DON’T have to settle for fine thanks - you are worthy of extraordinary... unapologetically... E X T R A O R D I N A R Y ! See more

18.01.2022 Don’t wanna drink a smoothie ... that’s ok... you can EAT one instead! I’m a smoothie kinda girl, but I can be tempted with a smoothie bowl ANY day of the week! Make your smoothie a little thicker (just add a frozen banana or trim down the liquid content) ... then pour into your prettiest bowl, and top with stuff that makes you smile and your heart happy - sliced fruit, chia seeds, cacao nibs, a dollop of peanut butter, granola - YOU make the rules! ... Someone hand me a spoon! See more
18.01.2022 My favourite smoothie jar + yoga mat take me now I’m ready for this 21 reset STAT! In all seriousness, I’m a partner, I’m a mumma, I’m a daughter and a sister, I’m a friend and I’m a business woman .... we all wear so many hats, it’s so easy to forget, run out of steam, neglect and put myself last... THAT’S WHY I’m so passionate about this reset. It’s 21 days of radical self care, of raising yourself up on the priority list and treating yourself with so much love - it’s the glow up every mamma more than deserves!
18.01.2022 There isn’t a greater time of year to be zooming in on what you are grateful for. It’s been a wild ride, and we’ve been invited to step into a level of trust, faith, and resourcefulness that we probably didn’t even know we had within us - right! Make a little time for gratitude, for the big things, and the tiny little things (that often end up being the big things.) ... This year I’m thankful for our health, our friends we have made on the island, our family and friends who we’ve been able to keep in contact and feel close to back home, the kids growing so much and starting their first jobs, the way my business has supported so many families in their health this year, our new home- we really didn’t know if this was a possibility and it took a lot of work, and trust, yet here we are. I’m grateful for laughs - even when things were uncertain, calls with my mum, and my besties, and being able to see the ocean most days. If there is something your grateful for - I would love to hear it my friends.......... See more

15.01.2022 We travelled to India and felt what it feels like to be still amidst chaos. Colours, smells, sights, horns, people everywhere - and yet so much presence and peace. You don’t have to fly half way around the world to experience this, December is easily one of the fullest and bustling months of the year ... One of the easiest to get stressed and overwhelmed! Make time to be still, make time to soak in the beauty of family and the joy that this month holds. It could be as s...imple as lighting a candle, making a cup of tea and turning off the radio and the TV to enjoy in silence, it could be squeezing in a little time lazing on the beach or an afternoon nap (this will be me today) Make time for a little peace and quiet, a little stillness and see how much more magic the festive season feels! Reubs and I are opening the door to coaching and guiding those willing, driven and passionate about living well, yup our modern day health club is officially open for ambassadors this month. 09.01.2022 If you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step - it’s often not your path. Your own path is made with each step you take, that’s why it’s your path. - Joseph Campbell. Day 1 reset - let’s do this ladies....side by side on the journey with you
08.01.2022 We built an entire program around this gorgeous nutritional support system, because nutrients and food are important, BUT so is community, so is moving in a way that feels great, so is laughter and friendship and sleep and switching out nasty chemicals and so is sunshine and nature and feeling supported. I’m so proud of what we’re doing at modern day health club and I can’t wait for the glow up we’re gonna have side by side next month!
07.01.2022 As a young girl my fave dessert was always chocolate mousse... I may be a grown ass woman now, yet I still LOVE me a good choc mousse... in true Tracy fashion I’ve mastered a super simple healthified version all our tummies and taste buds will love! Once you have nailed the basic mousse, get creative and go wild- you can add a little vanilla extract or whip in a banana, 1/2 tsp instant coffee for a mocha vibe, or 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter to make an out-of-this...-world delicious chocolate peanut butter mousse! So, Let’s do this - you will need: 1 can coconut milk or cream 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/2 sachet dutch choc complete powder 3-4 medajool dates (sweetener) 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional) 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (again optional) The how to..... Either refrigerate the coconut milk can overnight, or open and freeze about 10 minutes. (I store a can in the fridge so there’s always one ready to go. Be sure to use full-fat canned coconut milk/cream for this recipe. Try not to shake the can, because you want the cream separate from the water underneath)Once cold, open the can and transfer only the thick part to a bowl. Discard the watery part, or save for another recipe. Using either a stand mixer or hand beaters whip the cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture. Go crazy with your toppings of choice and get creative!!! - Cherries on top would make for a VERY festive vibe right now! Enjoy Ps let me know if you make it and how it goes for you! See more

04.01.2022 You go first. The universe will catch you. Life bends for the courageous. The universe wants to support you, but first you need to leap. Nature is constantly showing us how to live with courage. Autumn comes every year and encourages the trees to loosen their grip. To allow what once was so full of life to fall away leaf by leaf. The branches are left bare without the comfort of what once was. ... But in the morn of spring, new shoots begin to appear and something new is born that is even more glorious than before. - Rebecca Campbell.

02.01.2022 Morning rituals this week Finding some sunshine to laze in LARGE glass of water Fruit, Veg, Berry + omega capsules... Body Brushing and stealing a few quiet moments all to myself. - making this time makes ALL the difference to me, my day, and EVERYONE around me! See more
02.01.2022 Once upon a time I was a tired new mumma of 2, struggling to keep my head above water, navigating my mental health and adjusting to the reality of my dream - to be a mamma. Once upon a time I would give myself headaches at the thought of public speaking, yup literally migraines i would create from within at the thought of speaking up. Once upon a time I doubted I could be a business woman - whatever that is, and my eyes widened at the concept of owning and running my ...own business. Today, I’m far from flawless (hello fellow fabulously imperfect humans) , yet I never forget these limits I had - these seasons of my life that I grew through. Everytime I share my story on a call, over a cuppa or in front of a group, everytime I welcome a new mumma into our movement, every time I see a glimmer of doubt in another babes eyes - I think about how far I’ve come and that’s what inspires me to do the hard things, to keep growing, evolving, surrendering, stepping forward. You are unexplainably more potent and resilient and capable and incredible than you give yourself credit for - I promise you! You are part of something WAY bigger See more
