19.01.2022 We finished the peacock chairs.It was collaborative effort betweek Oskar, Fritz and me. These were a commission for the Yarra Valley Tourism and they will be placed outside of Dame Nellie Melba's House, Coombes Cottage, in Coldstream. 14.01.2022 The Wandin Blacksmiths (Oskar and Paul) will be at Rayner's Orchard (https://www.raynersorchard.com.au/ ) this week for the stone fruit festival. We will be doing some display smithing as well as having all our wares for sale from artwork to fireside sets.

There will be free sausages and soft drink, free entrance; Delancey's Barn will be serving alcoholic beverages and snacks; Viking reenactment group; lots of blacksmiths doing all sorts of wondrous things such as knife making, etc. Also don't forget about the workshop on the 16th of November at Artrocks in Inverleigh. Two similar ones were made by Oskar Fritz and Paul as a commission for Yarra Valley Tourism and will be located in front of Coombe's Cottage, Dame Nellie Melba's home, in Coldstream.

03.01.2022 Due to the easing of restrictions the Wandin Blacksmiths, located at Mont Delancey Homestead (71 Wellington Road, Wandin North) will now reopen. The blacksmith shop will be open, each Saturday and Sunday between 9.00am and 4.00pm, from the 6th of June. Come and see and talk with the blacksmiths while they practice their ancient medieval art. Items from fireside sets to modern art can be viewed and are available for sale. All aspects of COVID-19 precautions will adhered to. Classes will also resume as of the 6th of June.
