25.01.2022 Wandin Under 10s came to play tonight! The boys played and looked like pros in their brand new shirtsWandin bowled first, finishing with 8/64 against Woori Yallock. Fielding was first class with two direct hit run outs!! Well done Cooper and Josh. Wandin had a solid performance with the bat and running between wickets was outstanding. Wandin finished on 4/71. Well done to Lochie who hit the first 4 of the year for the team. Well done boys! Go doggies

Please contact either us here or head to the Facebook page called Yarra Valley Veterans CC to contact them.... They are looking for players and play on Sundays. With the ride we’ve had with Covid mental health is so important and the friendships cricket brings is second to none. Please share this post and let’s get some more players aboard Cheers Bryce

17.01.2022 Message for junior cricket families. There has been a slight delay on the cricket tops. As a result, there won’t be a presentation at Silvan Reserve tonight as previously discussed. Tops should be available on Friday and coaches will hand them out prior to the games. Thanks for your understanding

10.01.2022 Under 10s were undermanned tonight, but by no means underdone. With only 6 players, the doggies took it up to Seville Burra in a thriller. Skipper Brayden won the toss and with supreme faith in his bowlers sent the Burra into bat. The bowlers did not disappoint with Jed Leckie starring with the ball and finishing with career best figures of 3/11. The Burra finished on 6/92. Wandin began their run chase well with openers Cooper scoring 6 and Josh running quick between the wick...ets to score 9. The middle order fought hard, Emanuel hit the ball cleanly for his 7 and Lochie backed up well scoring 9. Jed and Brayden then fought hard to run down the total, with Jed scoring an impressive 8 and Brayden with 2, who ran exceptionally between wickets. Wandin finished on 5/84, only 5 runs short!!! It was a fantastic team performance under pressure and the boys did their baggy blues proud. Thanks to all the parents for your generous support, it helped so much and made for a really enjoyable night. Go doggies!!! See more

05.01.2022 The Bulldogs that take the field in seniors and the bulldog pups in the juniors, wouldn’t be able to take the field each week without the help of our fantastic sponsors. 03.01.2022 Under 10s have started with a bang, winning their first game against Lilydale!!! Captain Josh Nichols (birthday boy) won the toss and elected to bat. After a shaky start, the middle order stood strong and the tail wagged to get some much needed runs, thanks to Archie, Brayden, Cooper, Josh and Jed. Wandin bowled beautifully, picking up wickets consistently and not giving away anything in the field. Lochie Lane took a much needed late wicket. Keeper Emanuel did a great job, collecting two run outs and a brilliant stumping. Great effort to the entire team Go doggies
