MASSIVE THANK YOU to Jarryd for all his help, not only on the day but leading up to the event All the helpers on the day you were all amazing and the vibe around the place was so happy and cheerful. ... A big congratulations to Amelia & Junior for winning the overall high point award! Thank you to Sally Luck "Hobnob Jewels" in Yarra Glen for donating the lovely horse print for the raffle, Robyn for her quilt and of course Bianca Mason Welland from Pryde's EasiFeed for the bags of feed and caps! 19.01.2022 WRA IN-HOUSE COMP Where- 55 Quayle Rd Wandin Wandin Riding Academy When- Sunday 12th August 2018... Who can enter? Anyone who either has lesson’s on a school horse or agistee’s Showing The showing is all for FUN! And a good chance for everyone to take home some ribbons The Best Presented will be judge on the horse and rider combo that is the neatest and cleanest on the day, riders do not need to buy fancy new gear for these events. As long as you and your horse are clean and tidy. WRA Rider class will be judged on your riding ability and you will be against people of the same level. The judge might ask you to work on the circle and a small individual workout as well. WRA mount class is judged on your horse and his/her temperament & so on. We also have the GAMES and fun classes who I encourage everyone to take part in. The dressage & showjumping will also be loads of fun for everyone and the dressage tests are able to be called. Please learn the test as well though, it’s always better to have a bit of an idea of where you are going even if it’s being called. The dressage tests can be found on the PCAV website. Each showjumping course will need to be walked so the rider knows where to go. Our judge Jarryd will be able to help anyone who doesn’t know how to walk the course. Once entries close I’ll do a draw for you all. At this stage the comp will start with the showing at 9:30 Don’t forget we have a high point award for the rider with the most points on the day. SO the more classes you enter the more chances you have of getting points. Any extra hands on the day will be very much appreciated Thank you everyone who has already got their entries in.
