23.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, Like all Australians, we are trying our best to navigate the situation as it changes each day. Please be assured we are doing everything ...we can to keep our employees, customers, suppliers and the community safe. We will be closing our factory off to the public and moving forward with contactless services. We are fortunate to have a small and dedicated team and able to maintain the recommendations indicated to us by government authorities. COVID-19 Update JMAX ENGIEERING has been closely monitoring the situation regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus and wish to advise our customers that we are proactive in taking precautions to protect the Health and Safety of our employees and our customers. With guidance from Federal, State and Local authorities we will be implementing extra hygiene measures at our premises and this will include: Increased cleaning of high-touch areas and practicing social distancing. We will be leaving pick up orders out the front of our factory for local customer pick ups. All products assembled/packed by us will be done so with the use of disposable gloves and shipped coated with glen20 in an attempt to kill any bacteria Payment of goods can be made by ordering online www.jmaxengieering.com.au or over the phone using our contactless payment portal method. Any customers who have been overseas, have been in contact with someone who must self-quarantine or are showing symptoms of the virus are asked to not bring their vehicle to our premises and postpone their installation date. Zero contact installations: In order to protect both your safety and the safety of our employees and to allow installations to continue, all installs at our factory will be contactless. This means leaving your vehicle with us and leaving your keys in our key drop box for us to collect on the morning of your install. We will conduct the installation using protective equipment such as gloves, masks and disinfectant sprays for employee protection and your safety. Picking up your vehicle upon completion will be the same protocol, as vehicle keys will be left in the key drop box for customer pick up. If you are taking advantage of our customer loan car we will have the agreement forms outside ready to sign on your arrival. Thank you, The Jmax Team

16.01.2022 Wandin Takeaway will be updating our trading hours affective immediately.... (please note this could change at any time!) We will now be closed at 5pm from Monday to Thursday. We will still be open for dinner Friday,Saturday & Sunday night's. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but it's in the best interest of our business to change the hours until further notice. We have also removed our tables inside and out the front of the shop as per new government rules w...e will be open for TAKEAWAY ONLY.. 09.01.2022 So, in a world that seems to be going crazy at the moment, we are still here and open for business. I think if everyone exercises some common sense in maintaining good basic hygiene, wash your hands, cover your face when coughing and don't go nuts with the toilet paper! From a small business point of view, we still have staff to keep in jobs, bills to pay (I'm sure you do too), rent, electricity etc... Please stay and shop local where possible.
