25.01.2022 After an afternoon challenge of bridge building the secondary students got to have a cool off in the mineral rich waters of Helidon.

22.01.2022 Dear Parents and Carers With the recent changes to the COVID Safe operating guidelines we have made the decision to invite immediate families to attend the Wandoan State School Presentation/Celebration evening on Wednesday the 2nd of December at 6.00pm. The evening is not just for awards recipients, it is for every child to attend to celebrate student’s success. Every class will be performing an act for our entertainment and there may even be a visit from Santa. We want this ...evening to be special for students and families alike and encourage all families to attend. If you are wishing to attend, you must RSVP via the School Stream app by Thursday the 26th of November or contact the school on 46288888. Please be mindful that we are currently in the very busy part of the school year and the School Stream app is the quickest and easiest way to RSVP. School stream survey will be out shortly. Details: Nominate how many seats your immediate family requires (excluding your child/ren) NO friends of family allowed to attend. Once numbers are in you will be given notice to collect your tickets from the school before the event. You must present tickets upon entry, sign in and sanitise You must be seated at your nominated seats NO entry for anyone presenting with symptoms. If you are sick stay home. Social distancing is still required I encourage all families to take this opportunity to come together to celebrate all students of Wandoan State School. 06.01.2022 We have made it to camp safely. The students were a bit shocked that they don’t have air cons or flushing toilets but are happy to accept the challenge of roughing it.
