25.01.2022 Support our own unique SUPERFOODS here in Australia. After 50,000 years I think we can say they are SUPER as the Aboriginal peoples of this land lived strong and healthy lives surviving totally off the produce of this land.

They are in a few shops now but I will take orders if anyone wants some. $17 for 200gms which lasts for about 4 cheese platter sessions. Pretty good value. "Bread in Common" in Fremantle is trialling the condensed quandong in a variety of ways, Theyused it with kangaroo the other day.

12.01.2022 We have frozen quandong concentrate in takeaway containers cooked up ready to use. This has no additives or sugar. It is as pure and authentic as the day we picked them out of the wild on our bush property on the edge of the Stirling Ranges. The cooked fruit can be used in many ways, either savoury with cheese platters, in curries, pickles, or as desert, jam, pastes, syrup, fruit, coulis. It is the Australian equivalent of the Indian Tamarind. I have used it in spicy fish dishes or even Italian tomato based recipes. Very versatile.
