08.01.2022 We meet on stage as I was getting off and @ Victor Pisapia was getting on . Chilli festival. After this first meeting we hang out and just did food . My days were spent at my purposes build cooking school where I offered innovative workshops ,incorporating experience outcomes for both private , public and government bodies .These were a blazing success. I had friends Out Of Africa by Chef Hassan , @Hideo Dekura along with@VictorPisapia and many others coming to my cooking s...chool doing what we love food and cooking . I was taught to cook by my dad . He too was a chef . Royal Family chef . As a privileged child growing up in an Estate in my island home Penang , really young I understood how important education was . I taught as soon as I could go to school . My family taught . Sharing what we learn is so crucial to build a strong society,economic sound healthy environment ,and unity through understanding. I am trained Educator , Chef ,Presenter ,Author . 06.01.2022 Huge curry leave plant on my walk today . Sydney Redfern 2021,today . Grew wide in my backyard in Penang . The self polluting flowers would drop seeds to the ground and the grounds used to be covered with baby plants . Reflection back to my earlier days cooking for my restaurants whereby I had to PAY for them as I had than yet to have my own plant .... Curry leaves are indispensable to curries especially Indian curries . Malaysia has curries influenced by different ethnic groups . Food after all is the food prints of our ancestors.
