15.01.2022 Older mare up for part lease on property in Wanneroo. She is an absolute delight, been there done that. Would suit a beginner/intermediate rider. Loves attention, exercise and a little jumping. As she is in her early twenties she would suit a leisure rider who just wants to hang out, trail ride and generally spend time with her. Happy for her to be taken off property for beach trips etc. Looking for 3/4 days at $20 a day. She is stabled so daily routine includes mucking out ...her stable, preparing feeds, topping up water and lots of tlc and pampering. We will supply tack, hard feed and hay. 11.01.2022 Following a break over the past couple of months Wanneroo Agistment Centre on Caporn St now offer full board. If you are finding it difficult to get down and care for your horse we are happy to take care of them 24/7 Now that winter months are drawing in, make the most of our warm, dry stable block with a breezeway to use on the rainy cold/hot days to groom and pamper your horse.... $150 a week for full board, access to an individual stable and individual day paddock with a shelter. We supply hard feed and hay. includes; We prepare and provide x2 hard feeds a day and provide a continuous supply of hay. We turn out of an individual indoor stable into a day paddock with a shelter each morning during the wet /cold months We muck out and prepare stall daily and muck out day paddock We ensure fresh water daily We rug and fly veil as required Includes access to all our facilities;- * double size arena with jumps, * round yard, * concrete wash bay * filtered water system for horses * rotation on grass paddocks, * tack and feed rooms with a toilet and a fridge. * access to an indoor stable breezeway on hot or rainy days to groom your horse * access to a round hay ring and hay net * trail rides nearby * float parking *plenty of car parking * we live onsite so close monitoring 24/7 Check out our Facebook page - Wanneroo Agistment Centre Pm to come and look around

09.01.2022 Meet Princess! Princess is looking for someone to lease her for 3 or 4 days on her property in Wanneroo. Duties involve riding, mucking out, preparing feeds and giving her plenty of tlc. $20 a day covers all her feed, tack, agistment costs, farrier and vet. Princess is in her 20s but dont let that fool you as she has plenty of sass still. She has a lovely nature and is very gentle with children. Princess loves the bush but she is quite spooky when out. For this reason we seek a mature, calm and intermediate - experienced rider as she will test you, saying that she has no dirt in her at all - she is a safe ride once she has your trust.
