18.01.2022 We've found the BEST EVER Osso Buco recipe. We've tried a lot as you could imagine, but I think we have found the KEEPER It's got some orange rind in it, plus the gremolata (parsley, lemon rind and garlic) is stirred in near the end and cooks just a bit. The citrus flavours really make the whole dish pop (I sound a bit like a food writer sorry)... Handing out the recipe at the Albury Wodonga Farmers Market on Saturday.
