21.01.2022 A couple from Sydney experienced a day to remember on a Turquoise Coast tour customised just for them! At Yanchep Lagoon they viewed a lovely part of Perths coastline before we travelled up to the Moore River where they kayaked upstream then down to the ocean, where they watched the sunset while eating some fresh fish and chips and sipping on champagne, before we took them back to their accommodation in Perth. 15.01.2022 Western Australia has its fair share of ghostly goings on and last weekend we joined up with Canon Australia and Midland Camera House to conduct a "Spook Shoot" in WAs most haunted town...down dark alley ways, into deserted town halls, pausing by sites of tragic and fatal demises, we ended up at the graveyard - at midnight, of course - under a stunning Milky Way. 14.01.2022 Evening light shines upon the Club Hotel, Wiluna in Western Australia. The hotel, the only one in town, is now closed, along with the small campground situated next to it. Visitors can now camp a few kilometres out of town along the Gunbarrel Highway. Wiluna, at the northernmost tip of the Goldfields region, is located at the junction of the Goldfields Highway (to Kalgoorlie), The Gunbarrel Highway (to Alice Springs), The Canning Stock Route (to Halls Creek but ONLY for the very well prepared!) and Ned Creek Road (NW to the Pilbara Region). www.ourwa.com.au - choose your adventure!

14.01.2022 We were so excited to see camels on a recent trip through the Goldfields that we just had to go for a fly-by! We came across this group in the eastern part of the Goldfields on the edge of the Central Desert. The estimated 1 million camels which run wild in Central Australias desert regions are feral or exotic pests, the offspring of camels released or escaped in the early days of Australian exploration and settlement.
