Ruah's Choices program, and MercyCare's Amber House, both commissioned by WAPHA, took home the award for Innovation for Change, while SWAMS won the Even Keel Bipolar Support Association Diversity Award. We also want to congratulate headspace Pilbara who were a finalist in the Innovation for Change Trophy. ... And a big congratulations to all the other Western Australian Association for Mental Health finalists and award winners!

Through Nidjalla Waangan Mia, WA Primary Health Alliance funds the Integrated Team Care program, which helps people with multiple conditions connect with allied health and specialist services.
