24.01.2022 Well!! Our Conference is over for another two years and what an amazing conference it has been. We’ve had wonderful feedback but will be sending a survey out in due course to determine our strengths and weaknesses in going forward in preparation for 2020. 16.01.2022 We're excited to announce our 10th Biennial WA Piano Pedagogy Conference - One Day Symposium - will be held on Friday 17th April. More information will follow in coming weeks!

15.01.2022 The three venues for our presentations are the Callaway Music Auditorium, the David Tunley Lecture Theatre and the Eileen Joyce Studio. These are all located within the Conservatorium of Music on the University of Western Australia campus. Registration will be from 4pm on Friday 6th April in the David Tunley Lecture Theatre. The trade areas will be accessible during this time and are located in rooms G7 and G12. Registration will also be available between 8.15 and 8.55am on... Saturday and Sunday mornings for those attending only that day’s sessions. Following registration, at 6pm our opening Cocktail Reception will be held in the Eileen Joyce Studio and this will be followed at 7.15 pm by the ‘Keyed-Up!’ recital by Victor Sangiorgio in the Callaway Music Auditorium. Morning and afternoon teas during Saturday and Sunday will be provided and will be held in the foyer or the Student Common Room, close to all venues. Music will at times be performed in the Callaway Music Auditorium during these breaks and delegates are encouraged to wander in to listen once they have finished their morning or afternoon tea. All delegates will be given complimentary membership of the University Club, where a wide selection of food and drink can be purchased for lunch on Saturday. Our Conference Dinner will also be held here on Saturday evening. As the University Club is closed on Sunday, we recommend the Bayside Kitchen on Matilda Bay foreshore for lunch on Sunday. The trade areas will be open and accessible throughout the conference so please visit and spend time perusing their wares. We look forward to welcoming you on Friday afternoon!

We’ve become aware that there are members who would like to attend the Conference but have to travel from the country and find the cost of accommodation prohibitive.
