03.01.2022 We have recently removed a nearly new Rheem Stellar 330 hot water unit for a client demolishing a house in Woodvale. The unit is just over 12 months old however, the property has been vacant for a while so it hasn’t really been used. He is asking $600 a new unit would retail over $1,200.
