17.01.2022 Of the all the alpacas been shorn around the world, this would be extremely rare for that to happen. In the video, PETA stood by and allowed this to happen? Doesnt that make them accessory to abusing animals? Alpacas need to be shorn annually.... It is normally a fairly quick painless procedure to give them comfort from the heat. PETA are bullies, extremists and liars in my opinion.

Susan Haese contacted me to come visit them again, so we did today. These girls have always been special to me, I cried the day they left, but knew Susan would look after them. The alpacas ideally should be introduced to the pregnant ewe flock about 4-6 weeks ...before lambing to allow time for bonding.
