Thanks to everyone who come along, people who travelled, our family and friends, amazing dancers, Milan Dhiiyaan and a massive special thanks to our beautiful elders to be present last night and give their blessings. 23.01.2022 Myself and my team at Indigiearth are very humbled and honoured to have such beautiful and warm blessings from Wiradjuri elders for the corroboree under the stars. We are also very very lucky and fortunate to have Aunty Joyce Williams attending our event on Saturday night. Aunty Joyce is 94 years of age and is the oldest living Wiradjuri elder. We are very fortunate to work together with Milan Dhiiyaan for the cultural entertainment on Saturday. Aunty Joyce and Aunty V...iolet are pictured here with Fleur Dennis, performer and owner of Milan Dhiiyaan dance group. Here is a beautiful statement and blessing from Wiradjuri Elders for our cultural event. Cultural support for Indigiearth and Milan Dhiiyaan We are excited and wish to extend our full support to Wiradjuri/Wiradyuri traditional owner Fleur Magick Dennis to practice, share and teach her/our Wiradjuri/Wiradyuri knowledge and culture in the Mudgee region. We fully support Milan Dhiiyaan and their dancers to dance on Country. We are thrilled for Indigiearth café there at Mudgee to share some of our traditional cuisines with visitors who may be passing through and the local community. We wish the Mob, our brothers and sisters’ great success and all the best in sharing our culture raising awareness about us being the oldest continuous living Indigenous culture in the world. We Elders look forward to attending the upcoming event and dinner on 21st Nov as special guests on the night. We ask our Creator Baayami to give everyone blessings and keep everyone safe.
