14.01.2022 Welcome Lorraine, our new Team Leader Residential Services (Registered Nurse)! Lorraine has many years of aged care nursing and management experience, and will be a great addition to the team

13.01.2022 We are very excited to announce the reopening our Centre based day programs for older people at Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga from Monday 22 June. While the services will a bit different to normal, we will be ensuring we comply with all COVID-19 legislation and procedures. We can’t wait to see all our current clients and to welcome new ones. Waratah continues to offer overnight respite in our six bedroom Maureen Guthrie respite cottage for frail older people. Being such a small and homelike service we are able to provide individualised care for clients while their carers take a break for two nights or a few weeks. The Cottage also complies with all government regulations applicable to residential aged care services including COVID-19 infection control, rigorous cleaning regimes and intensive staff training.
