25.01.2022 SAM SMITH visited the War Child team in Jordan. It was here that he met Mohammed. Sam said: Hes 14-years-old and the cheekiest, funniest, most charming young man Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Over the few days that I spent with him and his family, we bonded over our love of music." An emotional video detailing Sams time in Jordan. We are so proud to have him as a global voice to our mission.
24.01.2022 A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who entered the prize draw for our upcoming show with The Wombats. Tickets are still available but we're down to the last 9 so be quick! Your support will have a huge impact on children like Sami. At the age of 6, he was captured by ISIS and separated from his family for 4 years. "I was a child when I was separated from my mother and father. I had even forgotten what my parents clothes looked like. Our team worked hard to trace Samis parents and after a long search, they were finally found. Read Sami's story here: https://warchild.org.au/what-we-do/samis-story/
