Ive been working closely with the owners since December and its been great working along side them to give them the level of quality that theyre looking for. Its not too often a client is willing to sacrifice time to begin living in their dream home, but this job has been no exception. 02.01.2022 - Before and After - Tiled balconies can be an absolute nightmare if they havent been built correctly from the beginning. Unfortunately the fall of the existing balcony was sloping back to the house, which meant the room downstairs had a major leaking issue. After meetings with the appropriate trades who helped rebuild the new balcony to avoid the same disaster, we can happily agree we would eat our work boots if this new and updated version leaked ... Very pleased with the outcome on this one! Thanks to @gmbalustrading for the amazing work on the stunning glass handrail @ Geelong, Victoria
