Aadil is working together with @nicklonghurst and the @realm.fitness crew to help better your performance and fast track your results. Aadil has always had a great love for sports from a young age, growing up playing a range of sports including basketball and tennis. He started strength training when he was just 15 years old and found his ...passion! Aadil has seen the benefits of strength training from an early age and was motivated to start a career in coaching to improve the quality of people’s lives and their performance. As his passion grew, Aadil undertook a 3-year Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University to develop his knowledge and skills. This lead to an athletic performance coaching internship with Nick, where he spent over 150 hours learning and developing as a strength and conditioning coach. Since then, Aadil has worked with a range of athletes helping them improve strength, power, speed, in addition to creating tailored performance programs. My ultimate goal is to help people achieve their goals and improve their lives through health and fitness.
